We take the timeless midcentury modern style, and upgrade the electronics to current quality, feature, and safety standards. All work is done right here in New Haven.

These pieces work perfectly in a living room or office. Escape the ordinary. Pour a scotch, light your cigar, and enjoy the warm sound of vinyl.

The Method

A Full Transformation

01 — Acquisition

The Hunt

Consoles are sourced from estate sales, private collections, and barn finds across southern New England. Only pieces with original cabinetry worth saving make the cut.

02 — Restoration

Cabinet & Finish

Original walnut, mahogany, or teak veneers are repaired and refinished by hand. Grille cloth is sourced from period-appropriate suppliers. Brass hardware is polished or replaced.

03 — Electronics

Modern Sound

Original electronics are replaced with modern amplification, Bluetooth streaming, and precision-matched drivers — all hidden behind period-correct faceplates.
